Ordering & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating a free account lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, build a wishlist, and check out faster on future orders.
What is your order processing time?
Orders placed before 12 PM CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CT ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order — order a single vial or stock up. Automatic bulk discount tiers begin at a $400 subtotal.
What bulk discounts do you offer?
Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your subtotal — no code needed. Currently: $400+ saves 5%, $600+ saves 10%, $800+ saves 15%, and $1,000+ saves 20%. The highest qualifying tier applies.
Do you offer wholesale or lab accounts?
Yes. For wholesale, laboratory, or recurring bulk orders, contact us and we will set you up with custom pricing for your volume.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can also check your status on the Track Order page or in your account dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency payments only — including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC, USDT, and many more networks. Crypto payments have zero processing fees and confirm automatically on the blockchain. Credit and debit cards are not currently available.
How do cryptocurrency payments work?
After selecting crypto at checkout you choose your preferred network and token. We generate a unique payment address with an exact amount to send. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your order is processed automatically. There are no processing fees for crypto payments.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Each payment uses a unique address and an exact amount. If a payment arrives slightly under or over that amount, it is automatically flagged for manual review and our team resolves it with you directly — your funds are never lost.
Will my purchase show up on a bank or card statement?
No. Because we accept cryptocurrency only, there is no card or bank-processor entry tied to your payment, so nothing referencing the product appears on any statement. Orders also ship in plain, unbranded packaging.
Shipping & Packaging
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2–3 business days within the United States. All orders include tracking.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — orders over $300 ship free. Below that, a flat $10 shipping fee applies. Your cart always shows the exact threshold and whether your order has qualified.
How is my order packaged?
All orders ship in plain, discreet protective packaging with no external branding. Products are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Our standard shipping options serve US addresses, and most orders ship domestically via USPS. International shipping may be available by request on a case-by-case basis where the customer agrees to custom shipping rates outside our standard options. Contact us before ordering and we will see what is possible for your location.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples at this time. Every batch is third-party tested and its Certificate of Analysis is published on the product page, so you can review purity and identity before ordering.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking stalls or a package does not arrive, contact us with your order number. We handle these case by case and will arrange a reshipment where appropriate.
Products & Quality
What are your products intended for?
All products sold by PeptideArks are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any in-vivo experiments. By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
What purity are your peptides?
Our peptides are research-grade with purity documented on each product’s Certificate of Analysis. Most products exceed 98% purity as verified by RP-HPLC testing at our independent third-party labs.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. We use two independent third-party testing laboratories — Janoshik Analytical and Chromate — to verify purity and identity. COAs are available on individual product pages and can be verified directly on each lab’s website.
How do I read or verify a COA?
Every product pagelinks its batch COA. The report shows the compound's identity and purity (by RP-HPLC) from an independent lab — Janoshik Analytical or Chromate — and you can verify it directly on the testing lab's own website using the report number.
How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are generally kept in a cool, dark place, with refrigeration or freezing preferred for longer-term storage. Once reconstituted for research, they are typically kept refrigerated and used within the timeframe appropriate to your protocol. Always follow your laboratory’s standard handling procedures. This is general handling information for research materials, not usage guidance.
Are products always in stock?
Live stock is shown on each product page, and items running low display an "Only X left" badge. Sold-out items are restocked regularly — check back or follow us for restock announcements.
Returns & Support
What is your return and refund policy?
Claims on unopened, undamaged products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. Crypto payment refunds are issued in USDC stablecoin to a wallet address you provide. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
